Job Summary

Techdots is looking for a highly skilled and experienced PPC Expert to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing PPC campaigns for custom software development firms. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing PPC strategies to drive high-quality leads and maximize ROI. Your role will play a critical part in expanding our client base and increasing market visibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn, and other platforms, specifically for the custom software development industry.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research to ensure campaigns target relevant, high-intent search queries.
  • Design and execute remarketing campaigns to re-engage potential clients.
  • Manage budgets effectively to maximize ROI and reduce the cost per lead.
  • Collaborate with the content, design, and web development teams to ensure landing pages and ads are optimized for conversion.
  • Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.) and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
  • Stay up to date with the latest PPC trends, algorithm updates, and best practices within the software development industry.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad copy, landing pages, and keywords to improve overall campaign effectiveness.
  • Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights to senior management.
  • Suggest and implement innovative PPC strategies to drive business growth.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in managing PPC campaigns, particularly for custom software development firms or similar B2B tech environments.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant PPC platforms.
  • Strong understanding of keyword research, audience targeting, and budget management.
  • Proficiency in using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and other SEO/PPC tools.
  • Ability to analyze data, generate reports, and adjust campaigns for optimal performance.
  • Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and experience with A/B testing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to create compelling ad copy and reports.
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate with a distributed team.
